POINT PLEASANT
A quiet New Jersey beach community is turned upside down when a sudden, violent storm washes in more than a tide...Local lifeguard Jesse rescues Christina, a mysterious and beautiful 17-year-old girl found floating in the sea. Recovering, Christina stays on in Point pleasant where she finds the opportunity to search for her mother, who grew up in the area but has never been a part of her life. Secret desires, repressed feelings and heightened emotions inexplicably begin to flare when Christina is near. And while mystery surrounds her mother's life, the revelation that awaits her about her father's origins is altogether more sinister. This town is set to play host to the last stand in a battle between good and evil.
